Sandy T. Nguyen brings considerable experience to the firm in corporate and contract law as well as regulatory and compliance work. Prior to joining ERWIN & JOHNSONLLP, Ms. Nguyen was the Legal and Compliance Manager at Black Dot Wireless where she advised the company on corporate matters, managed the legal department and assisted in business development projects.
Ms. Nguyen received her Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University School of Law and worked for the Alona Cortese Elder Law Center providing free legal services to seniors in the community. In addition, she earned a C.C. Chapman Law Scholarship and the CALI award for Academic Excellence in Estate and Gift Taxation. Ms. Nguyen received her undergraduate degree cum laude at California State University of Long Beach in Criminal Justice.
Ms. Nguyen is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before all state courts in California as well as the United States Central District Court. In her spare time, Ms. Nguyen is learning how to play golf and enjoys watching college football and basketball.
